We do not deal with booking of train tickets and we are not an authorised ticketing agent. In fact our core business is in no way connected to ticketing, and we believe that this complaint has been erroneously marked to us.
The complaint clearly says that ticket has been taken through 'Stelling Technologies'. We are not Stelling Technologies.
Please remove it from under our company name, and close the complaint at your end.
