[Resolved] Ample Technologies — Iphone 5s service | |||
It's been 8 months since we bought our iphone 5s. In the past 2 months we have visited icare 3 times. Right now I am standing at ample technologies, and listening to the service assistant saying that we have to pay 24k for the phone to be replaced. I am shocked as we paid only 21k for the phone itself - that the too 8 months back! The phone is within the ooh warranty period as well! I have been asking her how is it fair for her to give this solution to a customer who has bee struggling with software problems with the phone and practically living with a dead phone.
