Hi,
I had given my iPhone 6 for service regarding a broken/shattered screen on 3rd October 2015. They had informed that in 2-3 business working days they would check if my phone is eligible for a replacement after a health check. I had to mail them after a week and then can the bill for 26.3k which paid promptly. I was told that they have ordered foe a new phone and intimate upon arrival. Called them up a couple of times and finally they said that I have to delink the phone from my iCloud account. There was no official communication regarding this and it was purely because of my call they informed about the iCloud delinking. Its been 2 days since delinking and now they say that I have to wait for another 2-3 business working days for the replacement.
I am planing to take legal course this Monday.
