Hi,
Its very disappointing that we are not getting any updates on possession of Flat even after complete payment inclusive of Possession amount has been given to Amrapali 6 months back .
Its project owner Mr Rajnish also not updating anything, n talking very rudely infact he is forcing to give Maintenance cheques as well.
Although he is unable to provide Occupancy certificate as well.
Their head Mr Vivek Dixit also not picking up the phone calls.
Very disappointing situation .
Poor services & management not responding to calls as well.
Also, they ensured that flat will be handed over in 3 months after giving payment.
But they have a monopoly, they will levy interest if we are not paying amount as per thier demands.
Now asking amprapali, to provide interest for the possession amount given to you 6 months back .
Kindly take action as its worst scenario & unfair with common people .

Non possession flat u-g08 even after 100% payment 20 months back.
I had emailed-36 reminders but to crm, control room etc. But no reply. Tower incharge never lifts the phone keeps it in forward mode or switch off

Mailed 36 reminders to cmd a k sharma but no reply from him till date.

I have booked a flat in Amrapali Dream Valley project on january 2013 having flat no A5/1101 as per the agreement the flat was to be given from 36 months of foundation of tower which as such was Dec 2015 but yet now no possession has being provided also I have paid 95% of the flat cost but the construction is not complete.The the builder after repeated request has failed to resolve the issue also has not provided any fixed date for possession.

Hi have booked flat in Feb 2013 and was told to have possesion in 2016 but till date its not started to its pace and only basement was constructed out of 24 floors.

I am paying both way EMI and rent and was no burden for me.

I want my money back with interest and penalty ASAP.

Regarding NSE Complainst against Amrapali Aadya tradiung and Brokerage for Ac 345S10:
I will like to request and report serious offensive temperament and untrust in attitude was used by your senior managers (Taj Mohammad and Deepak prashar, which has created an extremely poor view about your organisation (Amrapali Aadya) and i will never ever give a good feedback and refer anyone to open account in Amrapali aadya.
they have changed their words; and commitments in span fo days leading to mistrust,
- there have been multiple incidents o[censored]nauthorized movements of shares and illicit charges in ledger leading to multiple complaints in NSE.
- I have strong social network and i am only communicating my bad experience with my Strong network of people who trade and work in multinational companies...
- i request management to assign an honest and trustworthy manager from your organisation so as not all issues go to NSE/SEBI and we can resolve peacefully.
if amrapali gives poor service liek this and apply wrong charges, i will be more than happy to close my account;

Developer has forcefully handed over my flat in Zodiac project in Sector 120 Noida in a very pathetic condition.
Further no ray of hope for the flat registration as no OC available.
Our state and central govt are very much responsible as there is no law to punish these builders.
Even NOIDA Authority is most corrupt.
Agar modiji bol rahe hain ki ache din aa gaye to kahan hai...why these developers are not punished for swallowing these thousand of crores of public.

I seek refund of booking amount mentioned above which is 10% of total cost of the flat paid towards booking a flat in Silicon city dated 29 Jan, 2015. The details of which are mentioned below:

18th Floor in Block/Tower G in Amrapali Silicon City on plot no GH-01/A, SEC-76, NOIDA, Gautam Budh Nagar (UP)

The total cost of the flat was 6800000/-which was to be paid after getting my housing loan approved. I applied for housing loan first from Canara Bank facilitated through Amrapali. Canara Bank refused to give me housing loan. It was then the Indian Bank, Katwaria sarai wherein I applied second time for housing loan because I already have an account in Indian Bank.

Indian Bank also refused to pay me housing loan given the fact that Amrapali’s all projects are very delayed hence, it is risky to sanction housing loan against any property developed by Amrapali. Prior to that I also sought help from State Bank of India as they had provision for lower interest rate on housing loan for women. I was informed by them that State Bank of India had blacklisted Amrapali and not giving any housing loan for buying any property in Amrapali.

Meanwhile, I received two letters from Amrapali seeking Rs 35000 for extra for power back up and depositing total remaining amount before 31 st March, 2016. These two letters have further aggravated my concerns along with the concerns raised by two government bank earlier. I am no longer interested to buy the said property due to unpredictability of the investment vis a vis completion of the project.

In light of above, I seek refund of amount mentioned above at the earliest. Hence, I seek favor to do the needful and inform me ASAP.

Please this is to inform u that I am your old NRI customer.invested 60 lacs .booked tech park, Amrapalli castle. I had very good customer service and always appreciate. Met Mr. Adhikari and met Rajeev and Rahul.got letter from Amrapalli for PDC to get in the 1st week of August and now September is approaching and Amrapali commitments was not meet. This is unfair.I am parvez khan from rampur, in case my problem will not meet then Amrapali will force me to approach to consumer court or complain to UP govt.

It has been long to hear anything positive from mr ak sharma - chairman amrapali group. Note that the project has been started in 2009 and most of the people booked the flat by 2010 and all have been assured by the entire team of amrapali group that delivery would be 2012 but nothing has been done in this regard. After that kisan protest came in lime light and due to legal complication amrapali halted the project and somehow it has been restarted with the assurance of delivery of project by 2015 but total 7 years has been passed and nothing is proceed at the site. Most of the people have paid more than 90% payment but now amrapali has halted the project due to non availability of material, labour and payment to staff. It is quite surprising that the person who contested ls election in 2014 having networth of more than 825 crores (See all article of anil sharma amrapali lok sabha election in google) is now running of short of money. Despite no payment to labour no material purchse and good inflow of all buyers still they don’t have money. After pressure from media and news they have assured that work would commence soon and they have started a help line as well but with again false assurance with all vague answers. Through media pressure they have set up temporary questions/ answers session but those were again pre-fabricated and well planned answers. We all buyers are running from pillar to post and paying expensive emi and rent as well but there is no sign of early construction and commencement of work. And moreover their own labour is on strike due to non payment and entire golf home site is stand still and office is occupied with cunning people who are expert in giving vauge answers or threaten with legal complication and create fear if anyone talks about legal terms due to one sided signed contract. We have strong fear that now mr ak sharma is going to be bankrupt or flying away. Due to one sided legal contract signed by buyer, he is waiting for legal remedies into it as it is solely one sided contract, he will have escape route in it, as he himself wants people should go legal and he can stand in front of law that he has nothing to do with it or he doesn’t have any money but having so called pure intentions but what about all innocent buyers who have invested. We have questions in mind

A) what will noida authority do in this matter as we have paid more than 90% payment to amrapali?
B) whether amrapali have all legal clearances of the project or not? If yes, all buyers must need copies, if not then why project has been flagged off?
C) what is far sanctioned and what has been made? If there is difference? Then do they have the approval or not?
D) whether amrapali have paid entire amount of land to authority or not? If not? Then how bank finance the project?
E) what is the condition of completion certificate?
F) what is the financial condition of all amrapali group as on time related to golf home project? Is it into loss,
G) how come he contested ls election and showed networth of more than 800 crores? Was it his own money or simply playing with buyer’s money?
H) have they open escrow account of this project or not? Or they have the legal escape route in it?
I) what is idea behind opening charity hospital and given to daughter and and son-in-law? Is it escape route or diversion of funds?

Also need to ask the auhtority following?
A) what is the total area of land allotted to amrapali and under conditions?
B) all conditions has been fulfilled by amrapali or not
C) far allotted to them and far used by them?
D) any security for buyers or not?
E) what is government role in interest of buyer’s interest and save them

We need answers and justice in interest of fair practice of work. We do not want up to become most corrupted states in terms of investor trust.

I have booked an unit in Bollywood tower in Verona height under subvention plan in July 2015 .I have deposited 10% of the cost but now builder is not providing the said plan while at the time of booking they have checked the eligibility.
Now they are not listening about the refund since last 1year.
Plz help me.

My name is avdhesh singh. I was booked 2 bhk flat in amarapali verona hights h1406 on oct 2013. Amarapali builder is very big cheater he has promised me to give the possession to me within 3 year with 06 month's grace period. Till date verona hights structure are not done so when he will give possession to the costumer. Please help the costumer like me. Lots of money is taken by the costumer but not given possession to the costumer.

I am paying heavy interest from years as maximum amount is disbursed from the bank. but there is still no update about the possession.

Now i am tired with paying the interest and rent both. kindly resolve my problem on priority. either change my unit in ready for possession project or pay my interest or allocate me temporary unit there.

I booked a flat in amrapali verona heights project. on dec 2015 and paid rs. 100000 as a initial amount in the form of two cheque of 50000₹ each. after about one month they informed me that by mistaken my on cheque is submitted against of any other client so that cheque got bounced, as well as they told me that a unit which is chooses by me is not available and they allotted me a another unit. so i refused that offer and apply for refund...

I want to bring in your kind notice that i gaurav bhardwaj have booked a flat in amrapali princely estate (Unit l-1503) way back in march 2013. At that point of time builder is assuring me that i will get the possession of my flat within a year.
But even after 3.5 years i am waiting for possession of my flat. And also there is no assurance from builder regarding when i will get my flat. I belong to a middle class family and currently bearing 30, 000 emi of flat and 15, 000 rent of my current accommodation..
Also builder is not paying any late penalty for delay.

I am not sure if somebody is going to read this complaint or not,
But can some government body intervene in between..?

1. I have flat no l - 2602, booked in amrapali awas yojna at verona heights, leisure valley under subvention scheme

2. I have taken loan from bank of maharshtra, shimla branch on 09 jun 2016.

3. As per the scheme amrapali is required to deposit interest amount every month. So far they have not even srarted depositing. From the beginning, i have become defaulter because you have not deposited the requisite amount.

4. I have sent so far 4 emails. (Attached withcomplaint) not even a single reply is received. Telephones are not being attended.

5. You are requested to commence payment of monthly interest immediately. Thanks.

1. It is my 4th mail on the subject. Other are trailing emails. So far no reply is received.

2. I have booked a flat - l-2602, aaay under subvention plan.

3. Loan taken from bank of maharashtra, shimla branch credited to your account on 9th june 2016. Its interest has already become due on 8th july 16. So far interest component has not been credited to my account. Bank will start imposing penalty on me.

4.In view of above you are requested to credit amount earliest and forward its confirmation to me.

Dear concern,

I am rishi jain, living at "tower v-807, amraplai zodiac, sector-120, noida" and this is regarding the fraud in electricity bills done by amrapali management at amrapali zodiac.

Case : we settled in amrapali since 4th, december 2015 and there is no electricity meter in the flat till february 2016 end and they asked to pay 650 rupees per month till meter is not there. at the end of february they placed a meter in meter room which is always locked and the meter was also faulty because it was changing to dg automatically even after main electricity is there. they didn't rectified it till july 1st week. hopefully, you all are aware about the per unit cost of dg is around 16-18 rupees in most of the societies in noida. so i complained about the meter many times but no action has been taken. on the other hand there is even no panel they placed to check the units regularly and electricity is either on main or on dg. even i have request to place at least a panel in my flat many time but again no action has been taken till yet. we use electricity as per regular routine as we don't know whether its on mains or dg and if the panel is there then at least we know that either its running on dg or mains and if its at dg than we can consume less electricity instead o[censored]sing like our regular routine.

After placing meter in february end, suddenly one person came to my flat in 1st week of july and asked me to submit electricity bill which was 15500 rupees. i was literally shocked to hear this because its just four months till the meter is placed upto july where me and my wife are working. we stay at night only even on weekends, we are not available. even then the bill is so high and when i reached to maintenance office, nobody is there to hear us and if i didn't want to pay that bill than they will cut power off at my flat so i paid all the dues and after paying this in 1st week of july (02/07/2016), again i piad 5000 rupees more till today (25/07/2016) as they have generated this much bill even we were not available for 5 days in this period. so till today i have paid total 20000 rupees for electricity and nobody is there who can listen us and took some necessary actions. on the other hand, they are not providing any bill details after asking so many times and no payment receipt also.

Also, i doubt on meter as it was faulty when installed and they just verbally told me that its corrected in july 1st week.

There is many towers in amrapali zodiac society where there is no electricity meters are placed in flats and peoples are living there. they are charging just 650 rupees for unlimited consumption to those but where they placed the meters, they are charging 3 times more than their consumption without providing any details and if you do not pay than they will cut power of your flat.


Kindly take some very strict and necessary action against this as soon as possible.

I shall be very oblige to you for this type of kind act.

I booked 3 BHK in amarpali adarsh awash yojna. and i asking some paper detail about this project.

and amraplai provide me one CD . but in this CD some detail is expire so i am asking again . but after that no buddy reply me and do not pic my phone.

samr detail asking his service provider invester clinic but same issue with invester clinic.

this property book throw Mr. baljeet(invester clinic) and i alredy pay 8 lac.

but now i am asking about our aggrement but no buddy pick my phone.

I booked a flat (D-1108) in amrapali zodiac in dec 2009.

As per agreement the flat should have been handed over to me by april 2012.

But the so called ngt ban delayed it.

In nov 2014, i paid the 100% amount and even got the noc from amrapali.

But still i am struggling to get possession of my flat.

It looks like there in no other option but to go legal.

Delay in handover at Amrapali Zodiac Flat NO- W- 1205 A (1305) Even after 100% Payment in August 2015.


This is to inform you that I purchased a flat, NO- W -1205 A ( 1305) at Amrapali Zodiac, Sector-120, Noida from Mr. Yadav i( 1st Owner) n the month of March 2015. As Per the seller Mr. Yadav the possession was supposed to be handed over in 2012 it, which got delayed.

I agreed to purchase the flat only after assurances from different executive’s at Amrapali I, e Mr. Khanna, Mr Pankaj Kumar ( Project In charge / Accounts), Mr. Rai ( DGM-Construction), Mr Amit, Mr Patel etc in March 2015.

I paid the balance amount after receiving the ‘Final Demand Letter and the possession letter in August 2015 only after above mentioned assurances that the flat will be handed over with in 60 days of 100% payments made.

My suffering started after I got to know that from July onwards people have got their possession in the same wing (W), as of now more than 28 people have got their possession and living there but my flat is still unfurnished after requesting and regular follow ups. I have visited the project site more than 10 times and have met several sites in charges since then but all I have got is assurance.

I am a 65 year old retired service man from TATA and have put my entire amount of money in the said flat and even after 10 months of wait / follow ups and calls I have not got my flat ready. I request you to look into the matter urgently. I hope To get a revert on my issue.
