The amrapali group is making everyone fool. Amrapali booked more then 3000 flats in 2010 in Amrapali terrace homes. Since then group has taken money & not giving flats. its working is very smart. Amrapali constructed all the lenters of building Till the time bank disburse complete loan payments of all the buyers. Now from last 3 years no construction is going on. They are just cheating us. They have given bribe to greater noida authority for clerance certificate. They got it without fire safety instalations in buildings. Complete fraud. We all are fighting against injustice and filing a consumer case. pls call me to be a part to fight this builder. call [protected]. We are writing to CM AKHILESH YADAV but no positive news. I went to visit Amrapli Group in Noida i came all the way to India just to meet them and inquire about my apartment at Terrace Homes. They are so unprofessional and could care less what the customer thinks. The person working under this project is Mr. Devender Pratab he left me in his office and went off to lunch without informing me. I had to complain to his Manager Mr. Brijesh to take us to the site so that we can see our apartment. It took them 2 hours to organize a car to the site. On their website they keep changing the dates of the construction pictures but there is no movement in the construction for last 3 years. Mr. Anuj Gohal told me clearly that they have no money and that the project will be completed end of 2018, then Mr. Devender Pratab told me it will be completed end of 2017. No one knows anything and noone cares. Every 3 or 4 months all these peoples phone numbers get disconnected and no one replies back to emails. There is something strange going on with them. Next time i see them in any property show outside India i will insult them in front of others. I just want the truth as to when this project will be completed, i do not care how bad the truth is but i would like to know, that is all i am asking. When they want to sell any property they make big promises. Look i know builders are going through a rough time but all I ask is for the truth as to when will this project be completed.
