Amri Hospitals — Bed sores on patient at time of discharge

Address:AMRI mukundurpur

My father Prof. Anup Kumar Ray was admitted to AMRI Mukundopur in COVID HDU on January 10th night bed number 2313. He is a 78 year old heart patient and has very little movement left. At the time of discharge on January 18th evening, his backside and ankle had bedsores. His backside infact is raw with bedsore wounds. This is sheer negligence on the part of the nurses. The doctor wasn't informed about the bedsores. It was only at the time of discharge that the nurse informed the patient relative regarding the bedsore. Patient relative (my mother) complained immediately to the RMO on duty Dr. Deepayan and he was unaware of it. This is causing a lot of discomfort and agony to the patient (my father) and to my mother who is his caregiver. Very dissapointed and in a lot of pain and agony about this negligence in service.
