Recently, I had an experience that raised several issues, including the provision of an expired gift hamper for my newborn and inadequate guidance from the attending doctor regarding newborn care. However, I would like to acknowledge the excellent care provided by the surgeon: Dr, Basab Mukherjee and childcare staff: Jira di and Krishna Di.
The safety and well-being of both mother and child during and after delivery are o[censored]tmost importance, and it is distressing to encounter such oversights in care. I urge the hospital administration to address these matters promptly to ensure that the highest standards of maternal and newborn care are upheld.
