I am writing as son of the deceased patient, complaining about final bill settlement.
After repeated requests and initiated mails from fhpl team to provide the final bill settlement of the deceased patient, your team has not produced with any such bills yet.
Its been more than 5 months to crossby, i have been unable to reach an amicable settlement with the insurance company due the delayed negligence from the hospital.
The claim amount is more then 5 lakhs and patient was also discharged on 25th march with full settlement on same day. So, requesting you kindly solve as soon as possible.
If not solve the issue on immediate basis then i will file a consumer case against concern team.
