My father N C Das( patient id AM30011000, Bed no 2435) was admitted to AMRI hospital Mukundapur Kolkata on 02-OCT-2019 12:10:00 and was discharged on 07-OCT-2019 12:10:00. The TPA team didn't send incorrectly Formatted billing documents to the Insurance team, leading to the Insurance team asking for properly formatted bill documents by 4.30 PM, The TPA team didn't work on the billing documents and send the revised formatted bill to insurance team by 8.00PM. This lead to insurance team office getting closed and the patient could not be discharged. This is totally lack of Negligence and criminal offence from the hospital as they are trying to bill us for Another 2 days for a patient who is already discharged.
