Damage Description for rejecting the claim : Usage of tyres on aggressive road surface puts the tread rubber under sever stress which over the period of time results in tearing out of the tread rubber and leads to chipping. Other factors are :
1.Aggressive Driving
2.Improper tyre inflation pressure

The damage observed in your tyre is not a manufacturing defect. We are therefore, unable to extend the warranty benefits

The reply submitted by you in reference to above noted case ID is Vague and befooling me being a customer as fallow:

1. Aggressive driving: The detailed vehicle is four wheeler consisting of four tyres how can I show my aggression on one of the tyre only is there any logic behind your this reply. The vehicle has been driven smoothly and I do not accept your point.

2. How come you can say inflation pressure I kept low for one tyre to get claim from your company is it possible to drive with lesser tyre pressure. Moreover I am driving the car from last more than 25 years and I am an advocate by profession, legally the claim report submitted by you is totally baseless and befooling the customer.

What so ever defect of chipping and all has occurred in one of the tyre is purely due to manufacturing bug.

So before filling the litigation in the court of law I want to give you a chance to send some technical person to enquire the problem and get it resolved immediately
