Amrik Singh — Regarding unauthorized construction at tilak nagar new delhi

Dear sir... my name is ravi sahni s/o triloki nath sahni r/o wz-206 b 1st floor krishna park street no 2 tilak nagar new delhi 110018. i made ma complaint against amrik singh who is living at 2nd floor at same place same address. i made a complaint dated :[protected] time 9:20 am morning at delhi police they provide me a mcd complain no : 5145. regarding unauthorised construction 3rd floor and 4th floor krishna park street no 2. we are living in flats last 20 years this is 20-25 years old building constructed by dealer in[protected]. every year we fix the building and home.

S. amrik singh cover all the roof without permission by mcd and ground floor and first floor owner. he was covered one room in nov 2013 without permission mcd and neighbours. that timem we made a complaint against him..in sho tilak nagat dcp office rajouri garden mcd office rajouri garden je & ae of rajouri garden that time... nobody take any legal action against him and its very very shamful for them. i ravi sahni submitteed a complaint also in mcd civil centre new delhi but nobody take any action.

Now again he cover all the roof dated : 05 — 7-2016 without any permission of mcd and neighbours. there is lots of people constructed unauthorised construction without any permission of mcd. they constructed 4th floor and 5th floor with out any map or mcd permission this is possible only with area inspector je or ae. they all are corrupt and taking lots of money from people.

Please take a legal action against amrik singhwho covered roof. he fixed doors on first floor stairs and roof stairs becoze nobody enter on roof. we need peace we need freedom we need justice..... please remove this 4th floor and 5th floor as soon as possible..

I am also take a legal stay from high on monday. i[censored] dont take any action against him than i will take a legal action against u at this time.
