Amtrust — amtrust rejected my claim

Amtrust is a fraud company. The behavior of the workers there too bad. I bought techno phone from home credits. That phone had amrust's insurance. But when my phone was damaged, amtrust rejected my claim. Amtrust said that my father in law was using the mobile and therefore the claim was rejected. But i did not see any of these written in the teams and conditions they gave us. But when they ask me for the amount i paid, they are not ready to do so. When i called home credit's customer care, they were not satisfied with the reason for rejecting the amtrust claim. When i told this thing to amtrust, they talked badly
