This complaint is regarding for complaint against a fraud insurance company "amtrust mobiles solutions" through which i purchased a insurance for my mobile at the cost of inr 2300 which is 3 times more than other companies (Approx. Inr 700) for one year.
Once i claimed to repair my broken screen, company is denying my claim and did not giving any response of my mails. I have contacted to the customer care phone banking, they are assisting to drop a mail to customer care. Was this information helpful? |
