1 star! If it can be 0 stars, the worst service of all time. I do not recommend amtrust mobile solution atall...
They picked up my nokia6 on 10th august 18, and now its 3rd sept. 18, i haven't recieved any calls, sms or email regarding my phone, even i am unable to login on there customer service login it says that no pilicy track found.
And when i called there customer support team, a girl picked up a call and she didn't even know anything, she continue saying that mere paas iski koi jaankari nahi h... I mean what is that. I want my phone back in a working condition only, or i will sue them. Was this information helpful? |
