I have insured my phone at the time of purchase.in an accident my phone display got break. I go for insurance, they pick up my phone bt they only changed its glass. They have not changed its display still it is full black. Not they are not replying to my mails. And still i am unable to use my phone. They take 15 days in this process including pickup till delivery but still it is not repaired. I dont know when you are going to take action. Or your motive is just to make money not interested at all in providing services.
