Sub: 500 ML Pouch Packing Milk (1 ltr pouch) – Reg Return of Milk costing Rs. 5500/- Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Krishan Madaan, am running a Kriyana shop in the name of `Shri Sai Store’ in Sector – 22, Dwarka. It is to inform that on 22nd June 2014 the milk supplied at my shop 2 Crate Full Cream (24 Ltrs), 10 Crate Toned Milk (120 Ltrs) the value of which was Rs. 5500/- was ejaculated the batch number of which was MK 63, MK 44 A and MK 45 B. The name of the supplier of Milk was Mr. Wazir Singh. I called him and showed him the position of the milk and also informed at the office of Amul in Janakpuri over telephone and also complained at the customer care number of Amul the complaint Number of which is 29702. The chronology of the event is as under:- i) They send their representative Mr. Abhishek Mishra at my shop who in turn get the requisite form filled in which was signed by me. He assured me that the claim would be settled as soon as possible. ii) I waited upto 3-4 months and called again to the office of Amul in Janakpuri. I have been directed to call Mr. Shukla in this regard at his mobile number [protected]. Accordingly I called Mr. Shukla who also assured me early settlement of claim. iii) After that I called Mr. Shukla 3-5 times but even after that nothing has been done. Again 2 months elapsed and my claim was still unsettled. Mr. Shukla at last told me to call Mr. Kamal at his mobile number [protected] he will help you out for early settlement of the claim. During this period of 04 months I called many times at customer care number also but they also forwarded my complaint to Janakpuri Office and not action was initiated. iv) As per the advice of Mr. Shukla I contacted Mr. Kamal and he also assured early settlement of claim and took his time and when failed to settle my claim he directed me towards Mr. Mukesh. v) Accordingly I contacted Mr. Mukesh at his mobile number [protected] and he told me that there is scarcity of funds and you have to wait for the settlement of your claim. vi) Mr. Mukesh also took his time and told me to contact again Mr. Abhishek Mishra whose mobile number was [protected]. vii) I contacted again with Mr. Abhishek and he again filled up the new claim form for an amount of Rs. 5500/- as the earlier form was misplaced as per his statement; viii) I have now been instructed to contact Mr. Hari Om Gulati for early settlement of claim. I met with Mr. Hari Om Gulati personally in Janakpuri Office. He also assured me to other person assured for early settlement of claim and gave me the date that by the date of November 2014 your claim would be settled. ix) When I tried to contact Mr. Gulati at Janakpuri office in the month of November 2014, I come to know that he has left for a month leave; x) I visited personally in the month of December 2014 in the office of Amul at Janakpuri and met with Mr. Khurana and summaries him all the story; Mr. Khurana called Mr. Abhishek and asked him that the case (No. 29702) is too old and it has to be settled within a month. xi) During the above episode, Mr. Wazir Singh, representative of Amul in Janakpuri Office filled up two new claim forms in this regard I don’t know where they put my earlier claim form; xii) Again after one month when I tried to contact Mr. Abhishek I have been asked to contact Mr. Pradeep. But Mr. Pradeep was also no help to me and the case was still pending to clear; xiii) Ultimately I have been suggested to call Mr. Abhishek he is the only person who can get your claim settled. I called Mr. Abhishek on his mobile number and he told that he was feeling sorry that my case was not settled so far but you don’t worry I will clear your case as early as possible and if this time it will not settle, I will pay from my own pocket; xiv) After two months of above conversation I contacted Mr. Abhishek about my claim of Rs. 5500/- his way of talking was totally different. He told that why should I pay from my own pocket when your case will clear from head office only then you would get your claim. Now in the light of above, I have no other alternative but to contact you and apprise you all the things happened with me during last 16 months. Amul is a well known brand to all in the world and a meager amount of Rs. 5500/- is not settled by the company looks that there is something fishy in it. It is therefore, requested that you may kindly intervene in the matter and inquire why the claim No. 29701 dated[protected] for an amount of Rs. 5500/- has not been settled so far. I doubt that the claim must have been settled from your side and not been passed to the beneficiary i.e. undersigned (Krishan Madaan ) in this regard. Keeping the above in view you are requested to settle my claim at the earliest otherwise I will have no other alternative but to go to the consumer court.
