I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of Amul Gold Milk pouches (500ml) that I have been purchasing from one of the AMUL’s authorized dealer named Royal Parlour, B/h Moti Bakery, madina masjid road, Juhapura-Sarkhej Road, Ahmedabad-380055 which is near my residence.
For over a decade, my family and I have been loyal consumers of Amul Gold Milk. However, for the past 3-4 months, the quality of the milk pouches has drastically deteriorated. Despite being well within the expiry date, numerous pouches have been found to be rotten or spoiled upon opening. This is not only unacceptable but also poses severe health risk to consumers like myself.
Upon raising the issue with the dealer, Royal Parlour, they have rudely denied any responsibility and refused to replace the milk pouches. They have even suggested contacting Amul's customer complaint center directly, washing their hands off the matter entirely.
Moreover, despite registering multiple complaints with Amul's customer complaint center, my issues have been repeatedly closed without any resolution. I have yet to receive replacements for the more than 20 pouches of Amul Gold Milk (500ml) that have gone bad over the last three months.
This blatant disregard for consumer rights and safety is utterly unacceptable. It is evident that both the dealer and Amul are failing to uphold their responsibilities towards consumers. As a result, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.
I intend to raise this issue with the AMC Health Department to investigate the quality of products being sold by Royal Parlor as I believe that the products sold by the dealer are not stored properly or sold after the intended expiry date. Additionally, if this matter is not addressed promptly and appropriately, I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint against Amul, the dealer and AMC for compromising public health and safety and violating my consumer rights.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that consumers are provided with products of the best quality. I expect a prompt response detailing the steps you will take to resolve this matter
