Over charging the customer

We are residents of Cuncolim- Salcette, Goa, and purchase our Amul products from the Amul stores around our area.This morning we purchased products from their store at Cuncolim (which is next to the Our Lady of Health Church.
And was overcharged. Our total came to Rs. 530 and was charged 600. No bill given as usual. Before exiting the store i felt was overcharged and asked the owner who himself doubles as a cashier to check the prices....

complaint regarding spoiled amul diced cheese

Dear Amul Customer Care Team,

I recently purchased a pack of Amul Diced Cheese (Cheddar & Mozzarella) and stored it in the refrigerator as per the recommended conditions. However, I was shocked to find that the cheese had turned blue and developed fungal growth within a short period.

Fungus in Amul Stirred Fruit Yogurt two packs

we purchased one of your amul product . We find that there is something disgusting type thing in the packed
its horrible to see that. Always trust your amul product and always prefer it but today after seeing this type of

Amul Distributor Complaint

We are shopkeepers and we take Amul milk from Subhonil Distributor in Howrah and he doesn't deliver the milk at our shop at time intentionally and he creates monopoly among his all purchaser and his milk van driver ask for bribe for early delivery of milk. We sell around milk of around 12-13 Carat and due to his late delivery, we are losing our customers. I would request Amul's authority to take strict action against him and cancel his distributorship....
