Amul Dairy — Fungus infested cheese slices

I am a regular user of amul cheese. This time, i got fungal infested cheese slices and complained twice to the company by e-mail at [protected]@amul. Coop as follows:

Dear sir,
I hope that you do consider the feedback from your customers as valuable. My experience has been otherwise though..
I have complained twice online regarding a packet of fungal infected processed cheese spread (20 slices) which i purchase from d'mart mulund west at a cost of rs 212 and pkd march 2016.
I have kept the packet with me hoping that somebody from your end will collect it for investigation, but that has been fruitless so far. Would you like me to publish it in the media?
There has been no response at all from the company. I wish to bring this to the notice of other users of amul products.
