Amul Dairy — Leakage problem

There are daily leakage problem in milk packets. On the delivery having been told to change the such kind of packets, the driver refuses to do that. Today i.e.on[protected] there are 7 packets of milk packaets. Having been oftenly told of agency no steps to be taken till now. It is not the first time, it's been regular 2 or 3 leakage problem came. I have attached one of those pics of leakage milk.
