It is a complaint against Amul Milk. We are a regular customer of Amul
Milk (Gold Brand). Occasionally it turns into curd due to different
reasons - may be the hot weather or some problem with the utensil in
which we boil the milk. But the matter gets serious when it happens
repeatedly on the same day. On 17th June we purchase two kg. of milk (the expiry date mentioned on the pack was 18th June) from Arora Paneer Shop, C-39, West Patel Nagar,
New Delhi-110008. On boiling the same it turned into curd. We did not
took it seriously as it happens some time and we purchased another two
kg. milk and now from the different shop which is just opposite this Arora Paneer Shop i.e. Gopal Confectioners, B-103, West Patel Nagar,
New Delhi-8. To our utter surprise on boiling this milk it also turned
into curd indicating that there is something wrong in the milk from the
side of the supplier and not from the shopkeeper. Under the
circumstances, you are requested to provide the compensation by way of
