Amul Dairy — Shortage of 2 cubes in an Amul Processed Cheese Pack

On 10 March 2015 I sent the following complaint to Amul (and resent it on 15 March) but have received no reply: "Sub: Consumer complaint - 6 instead of 8 cubes found in an Amul Cheese Pack I purchased one Amul Cheese Processed Cheese 8 Cubes Pack [Batch No. KFR 0192 20:45:37 Bar Code No.[protected]] from Swastik Dry Fruits, 223-C Thakurdwar Road, Mumbai 400002 [Tel: [protected]] a couple of days back. When I opened the pack yesterday evening to use two cubes, I found that it had only 6 cubes instead of 8. I used two of them as I had no other recourse. Please help.
