Amul Dairy — Sticky substance inside the Amul Gold packet

I bought packet of amul gold (1/2 ltr.) today. After poring in the vessel I realized that some substance is inside. When I cut the packet to see it, I was horrified. Some sticky precipitate was stuck to the packet and I think it may weigh in few grams. I really don't understand what should I do with the milk. As of now I have boiled it but I am scared to touch it. Customer care works till 10.00pm so can't even contact them. Milk is a naturally existing product.
