Amul / Gcmmf — amul badam pista shrikhand

We had bought amul badam pista shrikhand from our janata stores, chakala church, andheri east, mumbai 400 093. When we opened it to eat, we saw that the shrikhand was spoilt. Even though we had kept it in fridge. The date of shrikhand was 5th march 2019. And it's expiry is after 6 months i. E. September 19. Please do the needful and replace it or refund the money back.

I bought amul 90% bitter chocolate and it looks unusual than normal.
It has a different texture and has broken pieces. The shopkeeper I bought the chocolate says if looks fine and not ready to give replacement Please refer attached image and take necessary action
