Amul / Gcmmf — amul buttermilk feedback for quality

Since the price reduction in buttermilk the quality of it is changed. When we used two bags of buttermilk we felt as if the was expired or something went wrong so we had a word with the store people and they refunded the amount. Later on we brought 4 more bags of buttermilk and in the first one itself we felt that the quality is as we use to have it before. The thickness is even half of the one we use to have before and the taste also feels as if it's not made from curd and it's of desi butter of white butter one. We have been using your products since almost 40 years in our house and this is for the first time we have felt unsatisfied. I always gave examples of amul as a brand who serves people without any profit. I hope to get the quality of products we use to get again.
