I had procured a Amul Cheese slice packet of 50 from the market. Though the expiry date is still a few months away, the AMUL product has developed fungus like black marks on the slices in-spite of being refrigerated. We have spoken to the customer care on the helpline number twice in the last one month who promised immediate action by sending someone to our house, but like any other big company only interested in making money, there has been NO RESPONSE from AMUL.
Can I request someone in the hierarchy to kindly respond and take remedial action.
