My name is Daksh Agarwal, and on 29/03/2024, I placed an order for a crate of 30 Amul High Protein Lassi from Amul's official website: https://shop.amul.com. The order, with Order ID OID71262, amounted to Rs 700. Despite the promised delivery date being within 7 days, I did not receive the product on time. Subsequently, I reached out to the customer care team using the contact number provided on the official website:[protected].
The customer care representative advised me to wait for an additional 3 days. Despite complying with this instruction, my order still did not arrive. Upon contacting customer care once again, I was directed to email my issue to their official email handle: [protected]@amul.coop. Their response assured me that the problem would be resolved within 2 days. However, even after this assurance, the issue persisted.
Following further communication with the customer care team, during which I was asked to wait for an additional 3 days and send another email detailing my concern, I escalated the matter to a higher authority figure after numerous back-and-forth conversations with representatives. Despite this escalation, my issue remains unresolved. It is important to note that at no point did I request the cancellation of my order. Furthermore, neither the product has been delivered nor have I received a refund for the unfulfilled order.
I have attached the proof of purchase, transactionId, emails and current order dashboard.
Kindly help in resolving this issue.
