[Resolved]  Amul / Gcmmf — Amul pure ghee tetra pack

Hi,
I bought a 1kg tetra pack of Amul pure ghee from a shop here in faridabad almost 3 weeks back.
The said product is so pathetic in taste and smell as it's a kind of combination of chemically prepared products.
I dropped a complaint over the phone with ur customer service team rep. Name Sumit dated dec. 19th 2021 and I was told that with in 4 days issue will be resolved but nothing happened yet.
I called today dec. 24th 2021 and spoken to customer. Service rep. Ajay Nagar.
First of all his voice is so lethargic which felts like sleeping at home. I asked for supervisor or manager but he said no one available in customer service. He assure me 2 days for this issue to be resolved.. Then I just informed him proactively that it's 2days holiday for X'mas and Sunday.. Then he said 4 days including these holidays.
It's seems like you have unskilled, unprofessional attitude of people working with you.
If my problem doesn't resolved by today at any reason.. It will lead to me for a legal action against your organization for which only Amul company is responsible.

what the HELL!!! Is this the way a company work...without consulting or discussing with me how come my complaint was marked as resolved...
