Amul / Gcmmf — amul shoppe not give response for regular customer

I am from ahmedabad gujarat
I am regular customer of amul cow milk product, for my 3 year baby.
I purchase last 2 years but last 7 days
They have already cow milk but they not give for regular customer. They only keep stock for they personal client.
I humbly requesting to you for solve those kind of problem.
