Amul / Gcmmf — Amul Taaza milky milk

Hello team,
I am from Delhi had purchased 1.5 Litre of Amul Taaza milky milk pack on 17th November 2020 from our local dealer .

The milk which I received on 17th November had been used today and it has the smell of kerosene and I had used the half litre and some part of 1litre pack I tried calling the customer care but the call got disconnected.

I had Refigerated the milk as per the instructions but why it is smelling as it
contain

Please resolve it at the earliest.
