Amul / Gcmmf — Bad response and support from a big co. Like amul | |||
Dearsir i had purchased a amul butter scotch brick from the above mentioned amul booth dated of manuf april 17 and found that the nuts/malt in the ice cream not crunch and the taste was like sand..On taking back there was no response from the booth representative and i have kept the packet with him to be given back to the distributor. . I thought a big co. Like amul had a customer care which answers the calls but no response . I will surely take this to social media and am loosing trust in amul the taste of india has become waste of india. The Amul mild product is always known for its quality and reliability. But, quality of Amul Dahi in cup packing is continuously declining. Kindly, maintain its purity and quality in peak season also.

We brought double toned milk packets and the milk was smelling badly.
I am regular consumer of AMUL ice cream, even I always prefer in buying AMUL ice cream in front of any other brand available in market.
But I am very disappointed with quality of AMUL Ice cream in last 2-3 months.
15 days back I purchased AMUL Ice cream VANILA flavour 2 liter pack from very renowned bakery of Meerut. But when we served during our family get-together there was roughness in taste like sand type feeling when we revolve ice cream in our mouth and then we feel same thing in our throat.
This was first ever bad experience with AMUL. Same thing happened 02 days back as well when I had purchased 02 bricks of AMUL Creamy Almond on Sunday from different shop. But again we had faced same problem sand like feeling in mouth as well as in throat.
