Amul / Gcmmf — burnt ice-cream

Hi, i live in sector 23a gurgaon, harayana.
On 7th may 2020, i purchased 2 units of amul rabdi (20rs each). It was my late night cheat sweetdish in this deadly lockdown. But unfortunately, as i opened it it smelled horribly of burnt.
I know it is just a icecream but at that moment i felt so disappointed/angry. I opened another one and it was same. I was disappointed and angry because i had huge respect for amul. I somehow believed that amul will never compromise on quality but i was wrong. I believe the entire batch sold in that region will be similar. So how can amul let that happen..
