[Resolved]  Amul / Gcmmf — complaint no 17965

We bought 2 kg full cream amul milk on 24 oct’17 and after boiling milk splitted, so we logged complaint and shared batch no also, post this we got call and assured that it will be taken care and guided us to collect the fresh milk from retailer and submit empty packet to him. We followed the same but supplier has not approved retailer to provide us fresh milk, post this customer care team told us that with in 4-5 days the concern will be resolved but even after more than a month, there is no solution provided, now no one is replying, i am afraid which kind of service is being offered, tweet couple of times but till now no one has even acknowledged the concern.

Not given milk by distrebuter.
Still waiting for resolution of complaint, it’s already been 2 months and concern is not resolved yet.

How long Amul need to provide solution?
