I have purchased amul taaza milk carten from Khushi agency safipur first harjendar nagar lal Bangla kanpur u.p 208007
On 16th february 2023 around 8 pm when I was about to use this product I found that the pack was swelled up like a baloon ( pictures attached )

I took this complain to the vender he straight forward refused to entertain or even listen to my complain he just answered it will not be replaced dint even explained why this happened or what is the solution for this

My concern

1:- This kind of people or companies distributor are ruining companies reputation
2:- the products are sold with out any cash memo or bill
3:- no customer satisfaction
4:- no replacement

I want a clarification regarding this issue from the company and refund of the damaged product sold to me by the distributor
