Amul / Gcmmf — Customer care service is not responsive,responsible

The cheese slices received by us were damaged, the texture of it was gooey and slimy.
despite of complaining several times about it there is no response.
i would appreciate a return of the product
i called them between five times between 28 april to 24 may
