Amul / Gcmmf — distributor not providing services & goods

One of your distributer i. E saibaba distributer in aurangabad maharashtra is not providing service & goods to our shop. The issue is, i m buying amul icecream of[protected] rupees but your distributer is forcing us to take the goods worth rupess 5000 & above then only he will provide us the goods other wise he will not he strictly told me on call & he told me for less quantity of goods we cant afford to come there, now you tell me if he cant afford why you have given him the distribution ship to him? Hope my problem will be sold.
