Amul / Gcmmf — Hotel owner selling products with 10 rs extra amount than mrp

I went to the hotel today, After the meal we orderd amul chocobar and amul frostick or MRP of 15 and 30 respectively. But the hotel owner took twenty-five rupees more of refrigerator charge.. that is he sold me 15 rs chocobar to 20 and amul frostick of rs 30 to 40. I showed them on rapper there will be printed that MRP is inclusive of all taxes, but they give me reason of freezer charge.
