Spoilt milk carton in a pack of 12.
Raised customer complaint and they reverted that it would be taken care in 7 working days
Since then it's been 3 weeks no one has got back and now they don't answer customer service number too.
Worst customer service. They are just minting on their cash cow.

They don't respond to emails too now.
Pathetic service. Dissatisfied

I received a milk packet of MRP 21, in which 500 ML milk you sale.
I pay 21RS. But didn't receive a full packet milk.
You packed small pouch but MRP same 21RS.
I upload both packets pictures.

Shame On You, with this big brand tag line, you're doing these kind of cheap tricks to earn profit.
