Amul / Gcmmf — More than printed MRP

Please let me know whether vendors selling packate milk of various brands are free to sell on more than MRP printed on pack, if not, please take action against them, I will be very thankful to you.
I tried to get the information why they are selling more than MRP, he started shouting on me and refused to give me milk, challenged to complain any where, they don't care.

I bought a packed amul spiced butter milk but after some time packet got swilled off. It was like some kind of gases are generated inside.
Why this was happend ?

I am very big fan Amul Product and Amul butter is my favorite one but, sorry to say that some distributor distribute Duplicate Amul butter in many shop Khoda Colony Noida
