Amul / Gcmmf — Order never processed after payment and no refund issued

Address:Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd., Amul Dairy Road , Anand , Gujarat - 388001 ,IN

Placed order on Amul store website shop.amul.in having Order No #57121 on 6th October 2022.
The payment of Rs. 640 has been debited from my bank account but the order says payment failed. Have tried email and calling the company to resolve this nut no response.

Attaching screenshots of the transaction proof and order details, kindly help resolve this issue and issue my refund
