Details:
I was supposed to received a product delivery from Amul. As expected, the delivery guy asked me to come out of the building to some distance to deliver the product as his vehicle was big. That's what he said. I asked him that as i was not available to receive the parcel, to hand it over to building security. He said he has reached the building and asked for OTP for delivery so that he can handover the parcel to security. After receiving the OTP, he immediately cut the call, and I got a text saying my order has been delivered. To my Suprise, when I reached home and asked security about the parcel, the security told they have not received any parcel.
I raised complaint to Amul via email for which I got a response saying they are looking into this, but ever since there has not been any update from their end. I have sent multiple emails regarding my query but still there is no response. I am attaching all the screenshots of the conversation.
The product belonged to Amul. It was delivered through the company names shiprocket using amazon delivery.
