Amul / Gcmmf — Overcharging for products sold at amul outlet

Hi this is dr.kamal from M.P.shah govt medical college jamnagar. we have a AMUL products outlet in our college. but vendor always charges more than the MRP. this is not only my experience but most of the students have experienced being overcharged and rudeness of the vendor on asking the overcharged amount. as milk bag was costing 18rs i was charged 20 rs and when i asked for change he replied of not having change and he won't give it either since AMUL is not paying them for selling milk and its his commission. fine him for overcharging and a warning that such incident is not repeated in future will set an example for others also. thank you.
