Amul / Gcmmf — poor quality of amul masti sahi 1kg pack

I am a regular user of amul masti dahi 1kg pack but yesterday when I purchased and used was of poor quality1kg pack from nearby Haroganj bazaar Salkia Howrah 711106 shop name mahindar and when I complained to the shop owner regarding the poor quality of dahi he said no one raised this issue so I can't take ur complain and refused to exchange with the new one and thus I returned the loose pack to him. Name Satyam Khaitan 122 GT Road Salkia Howrah 711106 North City Plaza Building 2nd Floor Flat no. 2D
