Amul / Gcmmf — poor response from amul agent

Amul area in-charge (Faridabad) - mr rajiv gave contact details for jhanvi trader in-charge - santosh. Firstly, no clear explanation about ordering etc. Then even after ordering for several days - milk etc. Not delivered. Further, on 13/04/18 santosh took money for 12ltr (Amul plain chaas) in afternoon, but delivered only 6ltr. Neither balance money released, nor balance order delivered. When i call him, he ask me to complain to amul area in-charge. & when i complain to area in-charge, he mention that now jhanvi trader is not their agent!!
This is really shocking incidence for me & i am waiting for some action from amul on such people!

Received this instead of fresh packed milk in a non expired packaging. Never expected this from a reputed company like amul.Brought in Agra. Locality Madia katra
