Amul / Gcmmf — Regarding spoiled toned milk.

Respected sir
I m Deepak residence of bahadurgarh I'm customer of your milk for daily use I use daily tond milk for my family.i Happy to us for this product .
But sir on 13August 2020 I purchased one carrat (12kg) milk near a distributor for my family function . Expired date of milk already mentio two days advance 15/August 2020.But sir all milk have a very dirty smell like as a lassi, As soon as i heated the milk, all milk burst.
I told the about this local dealer, he also heated the milk, result was same.
But dealer not given replacement milk.
Dealer contact to their plant but plant not gave any advance.
At last I contact to your customer care but not got any response.
Sir am very disappointe that type of response.i have lost of 480/-which is cost of milk.plz tell who is responsible of that milk.why I m lost this amount .plz take a action regarding spoiled milk as soon as possible take a action on milk plant and refund my money or milk.
