I'm staying in vadodara karelibaug area.There's an amul parlor in my area besides deepika garden located in very prime location. Whenever we go for purchasing any goods their behavior was very rude .They don't know how to behave to customers specifically to a woman, today i went there to purchase curd worth of rs 72 and i gave 80 rs as they don't have change of 8rs he started arguing with me in rude manner. uncle started talking in a very rude manner which is very unacceptable for a customer . They treat customers like beggars and do not maintain decorum while replying to the customer. This is not one of the one case. This thing has happened to other customers as well in the past from the same amul parlor .We always make it a point to go with required change (rupees) but sometimes situations happen that we don't have change of rupee but they ensure to give bad treatment to the customers on the points.its very bad to see such situations. As a customer i want you to take strict actions against the owner for such bad behaviour against the customer and pls do look forward in this matter as this cant be tolerated from such a reputed company like Amul .
