I bought a pack of Lassi and consumed some quantity. Felt a bad sour taste and when I smelled it was foul smelling.
I used to give this to my kids usually as my daughter is fond of Lassi. This time I consumed it.
I wrote to Amul customer care with all details and got a call the next day. I was told that they will check and get back to me. But nothing happened.
I sent a remainder mail also, but no response.
I'm having the pack with the remaining Lassi in refrigerator. Need advice on what I should do when the company is not much bothered about quality issues.

Hiii Amul butter distributor in Sion nokoda agency not giving a proper service shop keeper and giving one shop to deliver next shop not giving delivery as we ask to the owner they telling foolish things to me so as soon as Pls change the distributor

I am regularly purchasing amul cheese slice and enjoy .
This time when we opened a new pack of 10 slices we were surprised to see that cheese slice had stuck on the plastic and not coming out . it is braking into small pieces but sticky .
