[Resolved]  Amul India — Defective cheese slices

I am a regular customer of Amul butter and cheese. However, I wish to state that of late, the quality of Amul cheese slices has gone down. The cheese slices that we bought recently (this is the third time) is not in the form of cheese slices but cheese spread. It is impossible to use the same as slice and has to be spread instead. On approaching the shopkeeper about this defect, he refused to replace the same saying that your company would not accept this defective package. This quality is not expected of such a well renowned company. It is therefore requested to look into the matter and rectify this major defect and make provision so that these defective packages can be replaced at the same shop.
