Amul India — Not giving response and waisting time

As I wanted to know about a ice-cream flavor of Amul I made a call on Amul customer care no. around 12:15pm my call was received by a woman who asked me hold on my call n a tune started I held it till for more then 35secs n then I cancelled the call. After few mins I called back on the same no. again the same woman received my call bt this time when she connected my call after a few sec a man was talking to me who again asked me my problem and said wait n again the same tune started I waited for few more seconds and then cancelled the call.Icalled back for the third time the same thing was repeated this was really very annoying and irritating.
