Amul Milk — The milkman mr. Akhilesh kumar cancel my order many times and some tumse he give me expired milk

I'm ranjeet jaiswal and mr. Akhilesh kumar is our milkman(amul delivery man).
I think he's thinking that he is the boss and no one can complaint him. I tried helpline no. But anyone didn't response to my complaint. so please do some work please don't ignore me I'm small business but I want to grow more n more. Mr. Akhilesh kumar cancel my order many times for he has no reason. He just said to me- you ordered only half carret so I cancelled your if you not give me full carret order then I can't manage our order. Please sir file my complaint and call him for that.
