Hi, I’m one of your distributor fm penang, Malaysia.just want to express my disappointment towards your employees who that you choose to become a frontlines o[censored]r big names such as AMWAY.I’m a loyal consumer of this brand but this is my 1st time i get the bad experience with ur staff n service. It was happened at one o[censored]r store at karpal singh penang, Malaysia. Fyi my place here was announced conditional movement control order by government because of covid19, therefore i ask my friend who stay nearby the store to help me buy some stuffed.the staff name nurulhakima md yusoff was serve my friend was rude n told my friend that she cannot buy for me, the owner need to come by myself. Then my friend ask her for 2 times either she can buy or not, the staff ignored her n scan the things.after that she warned my friend there’s no more next time. This is called customer service? What a shamed! Since when only owner can buy at store? I guessed she is the new staff coz I’m quite long with amway n i never had this bad experience before!! There’s a way how to say no to ur customers without make them hurt. I spoke this on behalf of all customers service out there coz I’m in the same line too! Was this information helpful? |
